Shipping policy

Orders may take up 3-5 business days to process and ship.

We are not responsible for parcels once they are shipped from our facilities.

If the package is lost due to the carriers fault or an incorrect address, we are not responsible nor can offer any refund or replacement. All orders are insured through carriers.

We do not cover the customs fees for international orders, please make sure to check your own country's policies and fees before purchase. If you are ordering internationally, a working phone number is required for delivery.
